TESTIMONIALS

“Working with Monica was so empowering! I have struggled with sleeping well all my life (even as a young child) and literally didn’t even know where to start to achieve better rest.  She gave me an amazing toolkit to be able to work through my myriad sleep issues and the grace to realize that while it may not always be perfect, it is a journey, and any improvement is a win!  I am so grateful for the time and consideration she spent with me and the very comprehensive action items and thoughtful communication she provided.  I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

— Kelly B., Westminster, CO

“Monica was incredibly helpful and effective in our sessions. During our intake appointment she asked great questions to determine if her expertise could be beneficial to my insomnia. Yes, Monica is an expert! In our regular appointments she explored options and specifics for me to try. Each week she documented, monitored, and shared the synopsis of our time together. Monica is a good listener, and she used the information from our dialogue to create steps to an overall plan that dramatically improved the duration and quality of my sleep. Based on my experience, I venture to say she does that with all her clients. I highly recommend her and wholeheartedly say she is a pleasure to work with.”

— Phil F., Broomfield, CO

“My sleep situation was hopeless. Even while on medication, I still couldn’t sleep through the night sleeping lightly, waking up all the time, feeling stuck in a cycle. It felt hopeless! I started a seven-week program with Monica. Her guidance and accountability reset my sleep. Little by little, things started improving, now I’m finally sleeping through the night again while significantly decreasing my medication. It feels like a full reset from beginning to work with her until the end! If you’re feeling stuck or like you’ve tried everything, I just want to say: it’s not hopeless. Start with Monica today!”
